As you can see, your sim's thumbs are going to poke through the sleeves. If your pet peeve is thumbs that cut through meshes, then you can easily erase them using Photoshop:)

There are other problems with the mesh here and there due to joints assignment (via meshtoolkit!!!!) but none of them are really noticeable unless you try hard intentionally to find them
